Extended Abstract Submission for the Poster Session

We invite all LACORO 2025 participants to submit a 2-page extended abstract describing their current or recently published research.

 Mandatory for Master's and PhD students.

Optional for all other participants.

There will be no official proceedings.

 Eligibility

• Your research must be either ongoing or published within the last year (from the date of LACORO 2025)

Length and Format

• Maximum 2 pages

• Use the official IEEE conference template:https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

 Structure (follows a typical research paper format)

1. Title, Authors, Affiliations
2. Introduction: What problem are you solving? Why is this novel/important? Create a brief related work and a summary of findings
3. Methodology: Clearly explain how your research was conducted.
4. Results: Present your main results and how they support your goals.
5. Conclusions: Summarize and contextualize your main findings.

Poster and Cinematic Video (Optional/By Invitation)

Approved abstracts will be invited to submit a poster and a short cinematic video to present their work during the event. You may also submit a poster alongside your abstract if you wish to be considered early for presentation.
