The book explores the convergence of Artificial intelligence (AI), Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies, digital transformation methodologies, modern models and their potential approaches to enhance the management productivity of the software and service development in digital environments. This technical description provides an overview of the key concepts and technologies covered in the book.
